Marching into March of course has me looking forward and back at goals.
Funny how cleaning the cupboards is continuing to be on the list this month too!
Quilting (and knitting) is more fun than house work right??
Actually I think everything on my March list is carried over from February. We are headed out for two weeks holidays this week so I am not setting my expectations too high.
I did get two quilts finished last month as well as my face a day challenge. I might have had to do 2 faces in one day on occasion but I do now have 28 faces in my sketchbook.
On my last post I complained about purse/tote patterns, so I took some photo evidence.
On the left is a new pattern I just received and the one on the right is the purse I just completed, see the difference?
I have been wanting some Downton Abbey (big fan) fabric since it first came out, so I did break down and order this tote kit before the fabric disappears.
And here is the completed travel purse, made from fabric my brother brought back from Indonesia last year.
Progess on FAL # 3, spent the entire guild sewing day yesterday making that checkerboard border, had no idea it would take me so long!
Might get a bit more progress this week, we'll see how vacation prep goes eh?
I am going to go on a bit of media retreat at least for the first week of vacation but I may try to do a post from my iPad the second week, we'll see how it goes!
